Luxe Stay | Water & City View in Downtown Ft Myers

A very good apartment which could become excellent with some minor changes Positive: Size of property was very good, bed was extremely comfortable. The electronic code to log in was excellent as no need to carry keys around. Property was secure and facilities within the building was good. Car parking availability also very good. Location for downtown was very good - note this is 15 miles from FM Beach Negative: Sofa and all chairs were very uncomfortable. Sofa was also a bed so little support to sit on. Chairs in bedrooms look good but are also uncomfortable. If staying in and watching TV for example you may find it tough to sit for long periods. When parking you are expected to park on 3rd level which is rooftop. The exit from the car park via the lift needs some maintenance and gives an underwhelming feeling of what is to come but once the lift gets to the lobby floor these feelings are left behind. Part of the apartment needs some upkeep eg holes in black out drapes. Noise was also an issue at times. We could tell when the apartment above was going to bed and waking up as the footsteps were clearly heard on our ceiling. Also the road noise below was heard on many occasions - maybe because we were the end apartment ?
